This page sets out the terms under which we publish wcg.digital and link to our product sites. It is a website notice — commercial terms for each product live in their own MSA / DPA.

2. Using this website

You may read, share and quote from this site freely. Don’t scrape it abusively, don’t republish it as your own, and don’t use it to claim affiliation or endorsement you don’t have.

3. Information & forecasts

Pages describing in-build products (notably WCG-BiOS) include roadmap dates and feature commitments that may change. Treat them as our current honest plan, not a contract. Where a page says “Q3 2026” or “86 on the list,” those numbers are real at the moment of publication and updated periodically.

4. Linked product terms

• Postilion — per-vehicle SaaS terms apply when you sign a depot contract. We will send a Master Services Agreement and a separate Data Processing Agreement before any data flows.
• Child Protect Online — schools sign a written MSA + DPA. Schools remain the controller of pupil data; WCG acts as processor (or joint controller for specific incident categories — defined in the DPA).
• Little Listeners Club — a consumer purchase contract. A £20 hold today is fully refundable at any time before dispatch. Final price £189 inc. VAT, billed on shipping. Full UK consumer rights apply (Consumer Rights Act 2015, 14-day right to cancel under CC(ICAC) Regs 2013).
• WCG-BiOS — early-access subscribers receive a separate beta agreement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise our liability for material on this website is limited to the foreseeable loss directly caused by an error on the page. All content is © Woodrup Creation Group Ltd 2026 unless otherwise marked. The WCG mark, “Postilion”, “Child Protect Online”, “Little Listeners Club” and “WCG-BiOS” are unregistered trade marks of WCG. We license short quotations for journalism and commentary under fair dealing.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will move; material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
